Insight creating bespoke Risk Mitigation solutions and models for the Retail sector. Established in 2015, our primary goal was to challenge existing thinking around the approach to Retail Risk, focused not only on risk mitigation but value adding methodology and solutions.

We work in collaboration with our retail clients and industry solution providers, to provide focused support and direction, identifying opportunities to mitigate risk, leverage systems and build risk competence.

Meet the team

Corin Dennison - Principle Consultant

30 years working within the Security / Retail Risk sector, with extensive experience of leading Risk/Loss Prevention teams for Global Retail Brands including luxury and sports retail. Practiced in building risk frameworks from strategy, creation to operational models, including systems and technology to mitigate emerging risks. Qualified in investigation, interview management and communication techniques.

Holds PTLLS training qualifications, CPP accreditation in Risk and Security Management, APCIP qualification in Applied Investigations and International NEBOSH Certification for HSE. Corin is a subject matter expert and global speaker on Retail Risk subjects and was the Retail Risk LP Director of the Year 2019 and 2020, and serves on the Global Retail Leadership Advisory Council for RETHINK Retail

Michelle Dennison - Managing Director

Over 20 years in the commercial sector, managing multi-million pound assets for external shareholder boards, with a strong emphasis on leading, creating, maintaining and strengthening critical relationships with Business Heads.

With a career spanning a multitude of varied corporate markets, Michelle understands the importance for bespoke training and development within professional business departments to underpin, inspire and empower businesses to work to the best of their ability and so improve efficiency and output for their workforce.
